About

An Indonesian studio for original documentary and fiction films.

PT Anatman Sinema Indonesia

Anatman Films

Anatman Films is the film studio of the Anatman family. We develop, produce and hold the rights to our own documentaries and fiction films, from first idea to festival screen.

Our films have been nominated for the Piala Citra at Festival Film Indonesia (Batak, Perjalanan ke Tanah Leluhur, 2013; Love Birth Life, 2021; Atas Nama Daun, 2022; Terpejam untuk Melihat, 2024) and have screened at festivals in Indonesia and abroad. Our project Cry Me a River won the DocEdge Award and the Al Jazeera Award at Docs by the Sea 2025.

The studio is led by Muttaqiena Imaamaa & Mahatma Putra.
